Ingredients

butter
softened

of granulated sugar

vanilla

salt

cream of tartar

baking soda

Cinnamon Sugar for Rolling:
4
tablespoons
sugar

teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar using an electric mixer.
Slowly add in eggs, vanilla, salt, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Beat until just combined. Slowly add in flour and mix well.
In a small bowl, combine the 4 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.
Scoop into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place dough balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. For a crunchier cookie, bake for 1-2 additional minutes.
