cooked rice

fresh or frozen broccoli
chopped

carrots
diced

olive oil

sweet corn

garlic powder

soy sauce

honey
Instructions
If you don't have leftover rice, cook 1 cup of rice according to the package directions.
Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Peel and cut carrots into thin slices.
Stir-fry broccoli and carrots in olive oil and garlic powder for 4-5 minutes.
Stir in rice, salt, soy sauce, and honey. Cook until heated through.
