My dear friend Mari brought me a recipe for Hummingbird Cake back from one of her vacations to Georgia. I decided I had to try it when I saw the cake contained pineapple and banana. I have made a few minor tweaks to the recipe but it is close to the original recipe. This homemade hummingbird cake recipe has a cinnamon cream cheese frosting. Learn more
