I was very excited to learn that Cheerios™ was changing their process to make 5 varieties of Cheerios Gluten-Free: Yellow Box Cheerios™, Honey Nut Cheerios™, MultiGrain Cheerios™, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios™ and Frosted Cheerios™.

– 3 tablespoons butter (or dairy-free margarine) – 1 – 10.5 ounce bag miniature marshmallows – ¼ cup cocoa powder – ½ cup peanut butter – 4 cups Cheerios (Yellow Box Cheerios or MultiGrain Cheerios) – 1 cup chopped almonds
Add the butter, the bag of marshmallows, and the cocoa powder to a large pot. Melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat. Once the marshmallow are completely melted, stir in the peanut butter.

Remove from the heat and stir in the Cheerios until they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
