Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 muffin tins.
Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl.
Add the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, pepperoni, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, and green onions to the eggs. Stir well.
Add the cornstarch, Italian seasoning mix, and baking powder. Mix well.
Divide the batter between 24 greased muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
While the Pizza Egg Puffs are baking, combine the pizza dipping sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat until it begins to boil. Lower flame and simmer for 10 minutes.
Once the Pizza Puffs are done baking let them sit for a few minutes, then use a butter knife to separate them from the muffin tin and gently lift them out.
Serve the Pizza Egg Puffs with the Pizza Dipping Sauce.
