Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Gently coat the salmon steaks with the marinade on both sides, then place them in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with a side salad. Garnish with a lemon wedge, if desired.
