Parmesan Crusted Fried Green Beans Recipe

I occasionally take a healthy vegetable and turn it into a a completely fattening and delicious side. I cant help it, while I love my veggies fresh, steamed, boiled, or baked..sometimes they cry out to be deep fried.  Like green beans, delicious with a little butter and bacon, sauteed in olive oil, or even fresh- but toss them in some bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and its a whole new ballgame folks. Tender green beans and a crunchy flavorful coating make this one of our favorite sides for a change of pace.  They are fairly simple to put together and go with a wide variety of main dishes from meatloaf to pork chops.  Gather the ingredients and give this recipe a try, the kids will definitely eat their greens when you serve them up this way.
