Cajun Black Beans and Rice Recipe

I put a bottle of hot sauce on the table for the brave souls who can take their beans and rice with a side of fire! This goes well with cornbread casserole and a salad.

Well–I was born in southwest Louisiana so I love cajun food–I don't make it often any more though. I'll have to try this recipe–I usually use red beans. Thanks for the recipes.

This sounds delicious! I've almost got my menu done for the next two weeks and I'm going to see if I can fit this in! The hot sauce will definitely be going in though-we like things spicy!

I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget.
