It can be difficult to feed your family homemade gluten-free meals. Below you will find information about gluten-free meal planning resources that can make it easier.

GThese Gluten-Free Meal Planning Resources include gluten-free cookbooks, gluten-free meal plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and shopping lists to go with the meal plans.

I have been gluten-free for over a decade, so I know how hard following a gluten-free diet can be. Gluten-free packaged meals and snacks cost a small fortune, creating gluten-free meals from scratch can be difficult when you are first getting started, and eating out isn’t always safe when you’re trying to avoid contamination. You need a simple way to make gluten-free meals at home that are easy, tasty, and inexpensive.

Gluten-Free Meal Planning Mini-Bundle

  • Bring life to your breakfast table with easy, virtually fail-proof allergy-friendly recipes.
  • De-stress weeknights with 30 delicious, family-approved dinner recipes that are ready, from start to finish, in 30 minutes or less!

  • Be deprived no more with homemade Italian-style pasta (finally!), budget-friendly oat flour muffins, and healthy single-serve desserts for when you need just a little treat

Every eCookbook in the Gluten Free Mini-Bundle focuses on clean ingredients, big taste, and simple methods for pulling together inexpensive, homemade fare that everyone can eat (but without the stress).

 10 Gluten-Free Digital Cookbooks worth over $70.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
