These 10 must grill recipes would be a delicious addition to any summer gathering.
Summer grill recipes

Hey everyone! I hope you’re having a great summer so far filled with lots of fun and sun! We just moved into a new home about two weeks ago and before that, we lived in an apartment complex that didn’t allow grills. So for Father’s Day, Wyatt and I bought William his very own grill! He was so excited to get one and has been grilling non-stop since, which is kind of a win-win for us too because we’ve been able to eat such delicious meals! There are just so many things you can do on a grill, more than I ever knew. You can grill meat, fish, vegetables, and so much more! I searched Pinterest and put together a list of 10 must grill recipes I can’t wait to beg William to make! I mean, seriously –  just look at the photos above! My mouth is watering already! I included some healthy options as well, so if you’re trying to eat healthier don’t fret!

10 Must Grill Recipes:

This Grilled Honey Lime Chicken recipe is perfect for a quick summer night dinner that is crowd-pleasing.

Can you imagine the delicious and savory smell this Grilled Curry Steak with Lentils will have when you make it at home?

Wow guests with these easy to make Grilled Herb Shrimp and Savory Avocado Appetizers.

Grilled Greek Pork Tenderloin from Katie’s Cucina would be perfect for a nice meal for dinner or lunch as a salad topper.

I can’t wait to try this Spinach and Feta Grilled Turkey Burger from Foodie with Family the next time I have a cookout. It looks absolutely delicious!

There’s nothing quite as good as a good steak on the grill. I can’t wait to try this Steak Fajitas with Avocado Lime Cream from Taste Love & Nourish because it sounds perfect.

Create a full meal with this recipe for Grilled Tri-tip with Cilantro Lime Basmati Rice and Grilled Corn from Created by Diane.

These Grilled Beef Fajitas from Bakerette are the perfect way to enjoy all the flavors of a fajita in a new way. I also think they would be a great way to use leftover steak in a meal for the next day’s lunch.

One of my favorite summer sides is corn so I am going to definitely try this Grilled Chipotle Lime Corn from Garlic and Zest soon.

I can’t wait to give this Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken a go from Simply Scratch. I bet it is just so juicy and tender and popping with flavor!

I’m so glad I saw this on your blog. I finally tried grilling last night after almost 20 years of marriage. Yes, it took that long. Now I’m hooked!

Alea (and Kendall!), I was thinking of you last night as I joined a Pinterest pin party for tried and true recipes. Thought you might want to join (more publicity for the blog can’t hurt, right?). Here’s the link if either of you are interested: http://www.psychowith6.com/pin-your-way-to-the-perfect-meal-plan-party/

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
