Last week I attended the Savvy Blogging Summit and was away from home for 4 days. After 4 days of shifting on their own for meals, my husband and kids were all eager for me to cook dinner for them. I really wanted to accommodate them, and made plans to make Garlic chicken and Sauteed Squash. But I was so tired. As I was dicing the squash, I decided to try combining the ingredients from both recipes into one easy skillet dish. The result? A delicious dish that was on the table in less than 20 minutes!
