Gingerbread Men Rice Krispie Treats Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10-ounce bag miniature marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa candy melts
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Candy eyes
  • Light pink candy eyes

Supplies Needed:

  • Decorating bags
  • Large microwave safe bowl
  • Long Spoon
  • 9×13” pan
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Circle cookie cutter

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine your marshmallows, butter and cocoa melts and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and mix well.gingerbread men rice krispie recipe mixing bowl
  2. Mix in your Rice Krispies cereal until your cereal is evenly covered in your marshmallow mixture.

  4. Let sit for a few hours and use a large circle cookies cutter to cut out circle shaped Rice Krispies.
  5. Fill a decorating bag with frosting and cut a very small tip off the end.
