Right now Amazon is running a great sale on my cookbook, Prep-Ahead Meals from Scratch.

Prep-Ahead Meals from Scratch by Alea Milham

I recently discovered that Amazon is running a sale on my cookbook  Prep-Ahead Meals from Scratch.

They are selling it for the lowest price I have ever seen it available for.

Amazon changes their prices without notice, so I have no idea how long my cookbook will be this offered for this price.

Amazon has imposed a limit on how many copies of cookbook can be purchased at this price. They are only allowing you to buy 4 copies of the book at this low price, but they can change their terms at any time.

Prep-Ahead Meals From Scratch is available for order at the following stores:

Barnes & Noble

Books-a-Million

Indie Bound

Target

The Book Depository

Walmart

Amazon

and wherever books are sold!

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
