My oldest son has several food sensitivities which can cause him discomfort, bloating, and intestinal gas. Normally he works really hard to avoid those foods, but it is harder at the holidays with all of the parties and entertaining to avoid certain foods. And let’s be honest sometimes he just wants to enjoy a piece of pie without having to worry about the consequences of eating some dairy.

This year he decided to try CharcoCaps when he indulged in something that he knew would not agree with him. After eating pumpkin pie which is made with evaporated milk, something that would normally cause him discomfort he took 2 CharcoCaps and did not have any discomfort at all. While he isn’t going to make a habit of indulging in foods that contain dairy, it is nice to know that he can enjoy it on occasion without suffering!

CharcoCaps No Worries Holiday Giveaway $250 weekly giveaway. Ends 12/19. Learn about CharcoCaps Anti-Gas Formula and Giveaway here.

I will definitely make sure my son has CharcoCaps with him when he goes back to college in January!

Information on CharcoCaps

Have you heard of CharcoCaps before? CharcoCaps Anti-Gas Formula is a  naturally-gentle dietary supplement that adsorbs and eliminates intestinal gas and bloating through the use of an active ingredient called activated charcoal. Activated charcoal is a natural, safe ingredient widely used in hospitals today as an emergency antidote for accidental poisoning (such as overdoses). This is because activated charcoal’s unique properties can help prevent adsorption of poisons by the stomach and small intestines. (Note: CharcoCaps® is for gas and bloating only and is NOT a treatment for accidental poisoning.)

One of the things I like about CharcoCaps is you take them during or after eating high-gas producing foods, or at the first sign of discomfort, so you only take them when you really need to take them. CharcoCaps is gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free.

Because of CharcoCaps absorption qualities, it is important to wait a minimum of two hours before and/or after taking a dose of other important medications/vitamins before using CharcoCaps. For time-released medication, speak with your physician.

CharcoCaps Anti-Gas Formula is available in a 36-count blister-pack and a 100-count bottle and can be found in the antacid/anti-gas section of Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and other major U.S. retailers.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
