Kids Bowl Free Program

Each child can bowl 2 free games every day, throughout the duration of this summer program. You can have 6 children per family bowl for free.

Check out this list 1500+ bowling centers participating in the kids bowl free program to find one near you.

Each bowling alley does have its own day and time restrictions. For instance, one bowling alley near me only offers free bowling for kids Monday – Friday from 12 pm – 4 pm. Another bowling center allows kids to bowl free 7 days a week from open to close. Be sure to check the days, times, and age restrictions at the bowling center near you when you sign up.

All participants must wear bowling shoes and rental shoes are available at each center.

They also have a family pass option that allows adult family members to bowl along with the registered kids.

Register your children here.

The Family Pass

The family pass is optional; it is not required. You do not need to purchase the family pass in order to participate in the “Kids Bowl Free” program. However, the family pass is a great deal if you do want to bowl with your kids.

The family pass is a one-time payment. You pay just a single payment and you can get 2 Games free all summer long for up to 4 adults during your center’s Kids Bowl Free hours.

The family pass covers up to 4 adult family members.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
