Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are a quick and flavorful dinner made with tender chicken, colorful peppers, and onions tossed in bold fajita seasoning. Perfect for busy weeknights, these fajitas are great served in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 large or 3 medium bell peppers (any colors you prefer)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons Fajita Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Juice from one lime
- Cilantro, to garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut the peppers, onion and chicken into thin strips.
3. Add the chicken and veggies to a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Stir the seasonings together, then add them to the bowl. Juice the lime into the bowl. Wearing disposable food safe gloves, mix everything together with your hands.

4. Grease a baking sheet and use tongs to arrange the chicken and veggies onto the baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is done and the veggies are tender.
6. Garnish with cilantro and serve on flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.
