I Voted "Sticker" Chocolate Covered Oreos for Election Day

There might not seem like much to celebrate during this election cycle, but these Vote “Button” Chocolate Covered Oreos will make the day a little sweeter whether you early vote, vote by mail, or vote in person on Election Day.

This Vote "Button" Chocolate Covered Oreo Recipe is a non-partisan and delicious way to remind your friends to vote on election day!

This has been an ugly election year.  However, we are blessed to live in a country where we can vote. No matter what people say, the only wasted vote, is the vote that is not cast.

Don’t forget we are voting for more than the president this year, senate seats, congressional seats, and many local officials, as well as local measures are on the ballot. If you sit at home, you not only don’t for our next president, you are also not voting for the members of Congress and the Senate who will serve as a check to whoever sits in the oval office.

This Vote “Button” Chocolate Covered Oreo Recipe is a non-partisan and delicious way to remind your friends to vote on election day! You can also change the writing to your favorite candidate if you will be throwing a victory party.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
