10 delicious Ways to flavor water

Sometimes I have a difficult time getting my full servings of water in each day. Do any of you have this problem? One or two glasses of water is fine – but after that I get kind of bored with the taste. I was something with a little more flavor. I’ve been looking for ways to flavor my water as naturally as possible – ways that don’t require too much work.

So, if you’re looking for help filling your water quota each day – look no further because these awesome water recipes will leave you thirsty for more!

Thankyou for this post. It will be very helpful over the summer when I need to get the kids to drink something.
Normally I just add a squirt of lemon or lime juice to water to flavour it. Although you have reminded me that last summer I soaked some strawberries and some mint in a jug of water for a few hours and when I strained them out the water tasted delicious. I need to try that again.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
