We forgot to explain that sidewalk chalk is to be used only on the sidewalk!
I walked out on to the porch and was greeted with letters on the soap box where I keep my gardening tools.

Can you find the word cat on the loveseat?
Have you figured out his favorite letters yet?
Yes, even the air conditioner was tagged!
And when I found him, Rew was innocently writing on the sidewalk.
When I start to walk away, he moves to the planter. It is kind of like sidewalk, right?
And when he is sure that I am gone, the little vandal moves on to the barbecue to finish tagging everything on the patio! If you would like to see the art work of well behaved children visit Magic Marker Monday.

LOL! That is hilarious! I'm soooo glad you joined in with MMM — what a clever little cutie you have on your hands there. Better hide the Sharpie markers… 😉
Happy MMM!

Isn't it funny the things that you have to tell kids that you never think that you would have to tell them?
My nine year old started writing on part of our house (that was brick) with sidewalk chalk about a month ago. He just didn't even think about why he shouldn't do it.

That is just darling! I know it's not when it happens, but it reminds me of a few weeks ago I was staying at my parent's house while we had some work being done, and the girls got ahold of the sidewalk chalk and went Picaso on my mother's front door and hardwood floor (inside). Mayonaise (Grammy) was not too happy when she saw that!

That is so funny and cute…just don't let him see you smile/laugh about something like that.

I think it is hilarious! How can you get upset with such a cutie…especially when he does such a good job on the letters…I'm impressed!

At least it's all stuff that washes easily or it doesn't matter if it's a little chalk-y! 🙂

Omg that is so funny that he would write on the sidewalk when you were looking then everywhere else when you weren't.. I think he like a and t. Oops.
