My blog is all about nightshades this week. I recently learned I have a food intolerance and by removing them from my diet, my pain decreased substantially. I wrote up a nightshade-free survival guide, and also posted a recipe for a curried stew made with a homemade nightshade-free curry. Thanks for hosting again ~ I hope you have a beautiful week!

Hi Alea,
I would love to have one of the great looking breakfast ideas you are featuring this week, but instead I’m sitting here with a bowl of granola. Thanks for the party.
