I am excited to be teaching two cooking classes at the Pinners Conference in Salt Lake City. I will teach the Quick and Easy Meal Prep Techniques Class on Friday, November 3rd. I will teach the Prep-Ahead Freezer Meal Class on Saturday, November 4th. Each class will be an hour-long. I will also be available to chat with you before and after classes.

Quick and Easy Meal Prep Techniques
In this class, you will learn multiple methods for batch cooking meats, beans, and rice to use in simple-to-assemble recipes your whole family will enjoy. I will also share meal prep techniques and meal planning strategies.

Prep-ahead Freezer Meals
In this class, you will learn how to quickly assemble Prep-Ahead Freezer Meal Recipes. Includes best practices for freezing, thawing, and multiple ways to cook each recipe such as slow cooker, pressure cooker, oven, and stovetop.

I would love to be able to chat with you in person! After the classes, I will be happy to sign books. I will have a limited number of my cookbook, Prep-Ahead Meals from Scratch, available if you would like to purchase one. However, you can purchase one in advance at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or your local bookstore and bring it to the conference for me to sign.

I attended the SLC Pinners Conference Class on Sat Nov 5th and am hooked on your process. Ordered your Prep Ahead Cookbook while sitting in class and waiting patiently for the Prep Ahead Freezer Cookbook.
How do you label your prep ahead freezer meals? I find using a sharpie on freezer bags wipes off. Any tips?

I use plain white address labels and write on them with a permanent marker.
