The Gallery of Favorites is a place for you to feature your favorite posts from your own blog. Although April and I both spend a lot of our time writing about food, we do have many other interests and we know our readers do as well. The Gallery of Favorites is a place for all bloggers – not just food bloggers – to share their ideas, interests and passions.

Thanks for mentioning me!!! My guests for St. Patrick’s day weekend had a sweet tooth, so we didn’t make the bannock – our day started with homemade, sugary streusal coffee cake. hmn, maybe I should put on the oven and make one now.

Thank you for featuring my corned beef and cabbage casserole. I’m honoured! And thanks, again, for hosting the Gallery. I do enjoy it so much.
Today I’ve linked two posts; one recipe and one craft. The recipe is for Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche, Pi Day dinner at our house. The craft link is to a photo album that folds up into a little gift box. I hope you enjoy them both.
