This Strawberry Spinach Salad recipe is one of my favorite salads! It is topped with a raspberry vinaigrette made with fresh raspberries.
I enjoy this Strawberry Spinach Salad alone for lunch or as a side dish for dinner. It is also very easy to make and since spinach is hardier than other greens it can be made an hour or two ahead of a party without worrying about wilting.
I have also discovered that my kids are much more likely to eat spinach if I mix it with strawberries and top it with raspberry dressing! Funny how that works.
I have included a recipe for Fresh Raspberry Vinaigrette as well, but I won’t tell anybody if you decide to go with a bottled raspberry dressing on a busy night.

This looks very tasty! Spinach is one of the few greens/lettuces I can eat raw (in moderation) so I'm going to have to give this a try.

I love Alton Brown's Warm Spinach Bacon Salad. It has mushrooms and hard boiled eggs in it too! I think it's on the Food Network website =)
