Gluten-Free Glazed Mocha Fudge Doughnuts

What is better than coffee with your doughnuts? Coffee in your doughnuts! These are seriously good doughnuts. I feel that I should point out that we don’t eat doughnuts for breakfast. In our house, doughnuts are considered a dessert. With good reason!

  5. I just tried making these donuts (still in the oven) and noticed that the directions mention baking soda as well as baking powder but the ingredients list does not show an amount for the baking soda. Where is the mistake – in the ingredients or the directions?

    • No. It is an oversight on my part. When I first started experimenting with donuts I used both. Then I found that just using 2 teaspoons of baking powder worked well, but I wrote both in the directions out of habit. Thanks for calling this to my attention. I have corrected the directions.
