Have you heard about the ShopPerk app yet? I recently had an opportunity to try it out and think it is a really useful tool. Unfortunately, it is still in beta, which means it is only available by invite. But I have you covered! You can sign up to try ShopPerk below. Meal planning saves time and reduces waste and couponing helps save money on groceries, but sometimes it is hard to find the time to sit down make a meal plan, clip coupons, and then match them to the best store deals. I think I found a great app that may help make meal planning and saving money on groceries a little easier: ShopPerk!

ShopPerk is an app for your smart phone that helps you find recipes and adds the ingredients to your shopping list.  The app also shows you where you can find the items on your list for the best price, which is great, because finding the best prices on groceries can be very time consuming!  And since it is a phone app, you can use it to plan your meals and shopping lists whenever or wherever you find yourself with a few spare minutes.

ShopPerk also gets “smarter” every time you use it, making future trips easier.  They call this “Grocery Intelligence.”   They  find the newest recipes and the latest food trends, and help you match recipes to your family’s dietary needs making it easier to plan great meals for your family.  As you use the ShopPerk app it gets smarter, and learns about your family’s food preferences, it offers the best deals and recipes suited to your family.

You all know that I don’t mind meal planning (too much), so I love that I can go directly to Deals and search on deals at my favorite grocery stores. This helps me find the best prices on groceries in my area.

    I signed up. However, after I entered my email address on your page it took forever for the new page to load and when it did it was an “oops” page and then I had to re-enter my email address again, so I am not sure if it will show up that I signed up under you or not (not sure if that even matters).
