Here are 10 ways to introduce the letter b to your kids- fun activities to introduce the letter b such as crafts, books, printables and recipes.

We are onto the Letter B this week in this fun series on how to introduce the letters of the alphabet to your early homeschooler! Make sure you look for previous letters in the links below this article for more helpful classroom activities! Consider this a “best of” series for your letter introducing needs! Lets get started.

10 + Ways To Introduce the Letter B

Crafts:

Make a Buzzy “B” with this cute construction paper craft from No Time for Flashcards.

Since B is for Brown Bear, Erin Hill has a fun and easy painting craft for making fun bears. This one could get messy!

Printables:

To help with letter B recognition in words, this Color The Pictures printable from Kidszone is fun!

For a tracing activity, School Sparks has a great printable for tracing the letter B.

Outdoor/indoor Fun:

B is for BUBBLES! so it playing with some is certainly in order! For an indoor activity, Activity Village has a fun Bubble Painting activity and for an outdoor one, why not just play with some bubbles at your favorite park?

Bath time play is also great for teaching the letter B. Gather up some plastic water-safe toys that begin with the letter B and take a bath with them for some B-related fun!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
