Limes are currently in season and this means that you will probably find some awesome deals on them. I have seen them as low as 20 cents each here, but I live in the Pacific Northwest so that is a great price for us. Along with stocking up for good price’s sake, I find that I am left with lost of extra most of the time. You can freeze whole limes, but it is better to freeze just the rinds and juice.
