How to Freeze Kale
You can preserve kale by freezing unlike many other leafy greens that don’t do well in the cold temperature. To freeze kale short term (3-4 weeks), you don’t have to do anything but wash it, separate the leaves and freeze it. If you intend on holding it longer, you can blanch it for a short period of time as this will help it not become more bitter over time.
