Do you struggle with finding Weight Watchers dinner recipes? Here are 20 delicious dinner recipes your family will love.

Weight watchers dinner recipes

Dinner is the easiest meal for me to make healthy, but it can be the hardest meal to get my whole family to agree on. When I am dieting I can be a creature of habit. I tend to stick to foods and recipes that I know are “safe”.  My family doesn’t appreciate eating the same 5 – 7 meals over and over again, so I make a list of 30 recipes that my family enjoys and that fit with my diet plan, then I can easily mix and match recipes to create interesting menu plans. Below is a list of 20 Weight Watcher’s dinner recipes to help you get started creating menu plans that your whole family will enjoy while meeting your nutritional needs.

I usually create a menu plan in advance so I can make sure I have all the ingredients on hand. To make sure I stick to my menu plan during the week, I prep as many of the ingredients as I can on the weekend. That means I can just start combining ingredients rather than having to start by chopping vegetables and browning meat.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
