I am sitting here drinking day old coffee and enjoying it immensely! One of my favorite ways to use leftover coffee is to make iced-coffees.
Iced Coffee Recipes:
Iced Mocha Frappuccino (Elsa includes directions for Chocolate syrup)
Caramel Frappe (Jenni says this tastes like McDonald’s version. She also makes a Mocha Frappe.)
Iced Coffee (Jenny also includes directions for Thai Tea)
Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte (You can use milk if you wish).
I like to freeze leftover coffee in an ice-cube tray. Then when I make a blended coffee drink I can use my frozen coffee cubes and the flavor is not diluted as the ice melts.
Recipes to Use Leftover Coffee in Baking
I love using day old coffee in recipes. Recipes using coffee usually call for “strong brewed coffee”. Coffee becomes stronger as it ages because some of the water evaporates. If your recipe calls for hot coffee, heat it in the microwave for a minute or two and you will have a cup of hot strong-brewed coffee. Here are my favorite Mocha Recipes:
Coffee House Cake (which Aunt B used in Coffee House Parfaits)
Mocha Fudge Bundt Cake with Mocha Fudge Glaze
Looking for more ways to use coffee, then download Unforgettable Fall Recipes with Coffee from Kindle. It was free today when I “bought it, but I don’t know how long it will remain at this price, so check carefully before “buying” it.

What great ideas! Ever since I quit drinking coffee,we always have a little left over. I uses some in a chocolate mousse the other day. What is it about coffee and chocolate? I love the combination! I’ve also used coffee in a brine for pork. Have a great week!
