- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. granulated sugar-mixed
- 1/2 pack graham crackers

Directions:

Scrub apples well under water, then dry completely with a clean, dry towel.- This removes all the wax and residue from your apples and will make your toppings adhere better.

Use a spoon to drizzle caramel all over apples.
Set apples on waxed paper and let caramel set. While you are waiting, melt white chocolate in a double boiler on the stove or using the same method as you did for the caramels- in 20 second intervals until smooth and melted. Stir in apple pie spice until well combined.

While still wet, roll bottom half of apples in crushed graham crackers, sprinkle tops lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
