These Rolo pretzel turtles are drizzled with melted red and green chocolate and sprinkled with holiday sprinkles for a festive twist on traditional Rolo Turtles. This is a quick and easy holiday dessert recipe that is sure to be a hit at Christmas parties! You can also put this in a gift bag or treat box and give these Christmas turtles as a gift to friends and neighbors.

Christmas Rolo Pretzel Turtle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 35 (approximately) small pretzel twists
  • 35 (approximately) pecan halves, lightly toasted and salted
  • 1 (8 ounces) package Rolo Unwrapped Caramel Candies
  • Green Wilton candy melts
  • Red Wilton candy melts
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet. On top of each pretzel, place a Rolo candy.christmas rolo pretzel turtles recipe
  3. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until candies are soft but not melted. Remove from oven.
  4. Immediately press one pecan half down on top of each Rolo candy, pressing the candy through the pretzel. Allow pretzel turtles to cool completely on the baking sheet.homemade rolo pretzel turtle recipe
  5. After cooling, remove pretzel turtles to a wire rack.
  6. Melt candy coating in individual bowls according to package directions. One color at a time, drizzle candy coating over pretzel turtles. Immediately add sprinkles. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
