This homemade French Onion Dip recipe is easy to make and uses a Copycat Lipton Onion Soup Mix as its base. Just use two tablespoons of the soup mix for a flavorful and light sour cream dip that will be a hit at parties.

It’s so simple to make: just combine your onion soup mix with a 16-ounce container of sour cream and stir until completely combined. Since you already have the French onion soup mix in the pantry, this delicious dip is ready when you are for a party, get-together, or for movie-night snacking.

You can make French onion dip well in advance of your party or other get-together and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
