This Baked Goat Cheese Marinara Dip recipe is a simple 4 ingredient dip!

goat cheese and marinara dip in a baking dish

There is something so beautiful about goat cheese. It’s soft and delicious. Cheese in its simplest form also makes a wonderful appetizer or side dish. This Goat Cheese Marinara Dip recipe is simple, yet elegant.

It’s delicious served on crackers such as these homemade Sour Cream and Onion Crackers or this Homemade Rustic French Bread. Though nobody will complain if you pull out a box of store-bought crackers to go with this dip when you need to make a fast and easy appetizer for last-minute guests.

My oldest son is allergic to cow milk and traditional dairy products, but he can eat goat cheese, so he enjoys this goat cheese appetizer with marinara sauce.

If there’s one thing to be sure of with this recipe, it’s that your guests will love it and ask for it over and over again.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
