This Irish Jack Cherry Rose Cocktail is the perfect way to wet your whistle on St. Patrick’s Day and it’s pretty to boot!
Our contribution to the St. Patrick’s Day festivities is a play on the classic Irish Jack Rose but in lieu of the Calvados, we are using a hard cherry apple cider instead. And although there are many ways to make this long-cherished cocktail our recipe is an easy redo that is just as refreshing as it is yummy. This drink is simple but refreshing, and will really pack a punch at your celebration with its bright color as well as flavor.
We are adding 3 and 4 leaf clovers to our cocktail to give it a festive touch. Be sure to pick your clover from a pesticide-free source. Then wash your clover and allow it to dry. If you want to pick your clover in advance of your celebration, pick the clover with the stems attached and then fill a small glass with water and set your stems of clover in the glass just like you would stems of flowers.
