An online meal prep cooking course to help you make breakfasts and lunches ahead of time.

Use this online cooking course to save time and money by meal prepping breakfasts and lunches for your family!

Prep-Ahead Breakfasts and Lunches Cookbook by Alea Milham - Easy Meal Prep Recipes for busy families

When my cookbook, Prep-Ahead Breakfasts and Lunches was released, I created an online cooking class to demonstrate the techniques used in the cookbook.

Meal Prepping for Families Online Cooking Class

The methods I use to quickly meal prep breakfasts and lunches for my family were developed 25 years ago when I first started homeschooling my oldest child while working from home as a magazine editor. These cooking techniques allowed me to make a week of breakfasts and lunches for my family in just an hour or two on the weekend, so I could serve healthy breakfasts and lunches in minutes throughout the week.

I want everyone who is currently trying to juggle feeding their family, homeschooling kids, and working from home to have this resource!

How to get my Meal Prep Cooking Class for FREE:

The cost of the course is usually $40.00, but you can use the coupon code PL40 to enroll in the Meal Prep Online Cooking Class FREE!

Add the Meal Prep Cooking Class to your cart. Then add the coupon code PL40 when you check out and it will make the price 0.00. Then complete the checkout process.

About the Meal Prep Online Cooking Class

My cooking methods, while easy, are somewhat uncommon. In the Meal Prep Cooking Class, you will discover how you can make a week’s worth of breakfasts and lunches for your family in record time.

Learn to cook, prep, and store your breakfasts and lunches even if you have never done meal prep before. You don’t need fancy equipment or expensive ingredients. In this cooking class, I demonstrate many of the techniques used in the cookbook Prep-Ahead Breakfasts and Lunches, but you do not need a copy of the book to use the information in this course.

Printable copies of all the recipes that are demonstrated in this course will be made available in the course. You will also receive access to a private Facebook group where I will answer all of your meal prep cooking questions.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
