This quick and easy Pumpkin Spice Bark Candy Recipe only uses 4 ingredients and can be made in 15 minutes!
I was picking up a few things at Walmart last week and happened to discover some Pumpkin Spice Morsels. I decided I needed to pick some up to try in recipes. I think they would be great in oatmeal cookies, but I didn’t have a lot of time for baking last week, so I decided to use them to make a Pumpkin Spice Bark Candy.
I like making bark candy recipes. They are so quick and easy. This pumpkin spice bark candy only takes 4 ingredients and can be made in 15 minutes! I have only discovered the pumpkin spice flavored chips at Walmart, so if you can’t find Pumpkin Spice Morsels at your grocery store, you can substitute Cinnamon Chips.
Pumpkin Spice Bark Candy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Pumpkin Spice Morsels or Cinnamon Morsels
- 12 oz. White Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans ( or other nuts)
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (use gluten-free pretzels to make this candy gluten-free)
Directions:
Cover a large cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Crush the pretzels. You can easily do this without making a mess by placing the pretzels in a seal-able plastic bag, sealing it, and then rolling a rolling pin over the pretzels until they are crushed.
Place the pumpkin spice morsels in a glass bowl. Melt the pumpkin spice morsels in a microwave on high for one minute. Remove and stir. If the morsels are not melted, microwave for an additional 10 – 15 seconds.
Stir the pecan pieces into the melted pumpkin spice morsels.
Place the white chocolate morsels in a glass bowl. Melt the white chocolate morsels in a microwave on high for one minute. Remove and stir. If the morsels are not melted, microwave for an additional 10 – 15 seconds.
Stir the pretzel pieces into the melted white chocolate morsels.
Spoon the melted pumpkin spice morsels and melted white chocolate on to the cookie sheet. Alternative flavors.
Drag a spatula through the melted morsels to blend them. Use the spatula to smooth the melted morsels and push them towards the sides of the cookie sheet.
Place the cookie sheet into the freezer for 10 minutes or until the bark candy has solidified.
Break the pumpkin spice bark candy into pieces. Place on plate and serve.
