I took a picture of my lunch one day last week. It is comprised of a piece of leftover grilled steak, the remains of a dinner salad topped with Annie’s Natural Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Aubree Cherie’s Roasted Cauliflower with Carrots. An easy, nutritious meal that took 1 minute to prepare. I heart leftovers!

Love that expression. I'm never sorry to be greeted by leftovers for lunch, but when marketed as an Encore Meal they sound even better!
