There is nothing more annoying, when you are a cook that loves to use lots of spice, than having no where to put all of them. If you have tried neatly stacking them in your cupboard, you probably know how that always ends- bottles flying out every time you open that cupboard. Also, I tend to buy my spices in bulk a lot of the time, so that means I don’t have space for all the odd shaped bottles that I put them into.
