1. Get a better night’s sleep.
Add a little nutmeg to milk and enjoy the beverage before bed. It will help relax you and stimulate sleepy eyes in no time.

2. Boost your immune system.
Add a little nutmeg to lemon tea when you feel a cold coming on. It will help strengthen your immune system and relieve symptoms.

3. Sprinkle your bananas.
Add a little nutmeg to your fresh banana and enjoy the calcium and iron it will add to the snack. Plus, it will taste great.

4. Banish acne.
Mix a pinch of nutmeg with a teaspoon of honey and apply it to skin blemishes. They will disappear in no time naturally!

5. Spice up your soups.
You can add some grated nutmeg to soup to not only bring out the flavor, but to help with intestinal discomfort that illness can bring.

6. Soothe a sore throat.
Add a teaspoon of nutmeg to warm water and mix well. Gargle it to not only soothe a sore throat but tooth pain as well.

    We (my wife and I) bought some nutmeg today but had no idea what to use it for! Thank you for your timely suggestions. Now my wife is excited and thinks we should go and buy MORE nutmeg!!
