One of the easiest ways to save money on groceries is to ensure your food doesn’t go to waste. You can use your leftovers to create an easy lunch if you have an extra serving or two of leftovers. If you have lots of different leftovers, but in small quantities, you can create a leftover buffet for your family, letting everyone fill their plate with their favorite leftover dishes. But what do you do when you have a lot of one particular item leftover from dinner? I like to use leftovers to create quick and easy meals. Since the leftovers are already cooked it cuts down on the prep time of the “encore meal”.

How to Use Leftover Bones to Make Broth
