Mickey Mouse Chocolate Dipped Oreo Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- Oreo cookies
- Wilton red candy melts
- white chocolate chips
- Tootsie Rolls
Directions:
1. Lay a piece of parchment paper out on your table/counter.
2. In a small microwave safe dish, melted 1 cup of your candy melts on 50% power for 2 to 3 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
3. Dip one half of your Oreo into the melted chocolate, using your spoon to cover any bare spots.
4. Place your Oreo onto your parchment paper and add 2 white chocolate chips onto the center of the melted red chocolate bottom.
5. Put your Tootsie Rolls into the microwave for about 5 seconds to soften them up, then press them flat.
6. Use a tiny circle fondant cutter/cookie cutter to cut out circles from your Tootsie Rolls.
7. Dab a small amount of melted red chocolate onto the back of your Tootsie Roll circles and press 2 on top of each Oreo.
