7 Ways to Make More Money Selling on Ebay- Learn the best ways to market your items and maximize your income with these helpful tips for selling on Ebay.

Selling items on Ebay is a great extra income source for many people. These 7 Ways To Make More Money Selling On Ebay are going to revamp your entire business model. Being able to make more off of items you have listed will help you to build up savings accounts, pay off debt, or even simply be able to go out for dinner more often.

7 Ways to Make More Money Selling on eBay

Add more categories. When you list your items for sale, invest in adding to more than just one category. There are often even deals with eBay that give you free listings with multiple categories. The more categories you have your items in, the more likely they are to be seen.

Offer free shipping. Free shipping is a huge attraction to many people. You can increase your minimum bid enough to cover the expense and send the most economical way possible. USPS is typically the least expensive choice for shipping, but shop around to find out the best rates on the various items you tend to sell.

Add clear pictures. Images are one of the best things you can do to entice someone to buy your product. Taking nice clear images that aren’t blurry and have good lighting are important. Stage the items in a way that makes them look more appealing. Hang clothing or use a mannequin if needed to create a better and more realistic image. Take pictures not just of the cover on a book, but the inside pages, spine, and any writing or markings that could deter a buyer. Showing everything in images gives you happier customers.

Give a thorough description. Don’t put a simple line in with the product name. Make sure you add plenty of descriptive terms, as well as any information on the condition of the product. Use the area of description to really sell your product by adding as much information as possible.

Add eye catching titles. Think of eBay as a giant search engine. That means you need to add titles that include the words that people are searching. Not only do you want to add eye catching and bold titles, you want those titles to have the right words to catch the views you need. Watch different categories and similar items that are selling well to follow popular patterns.

Add local pickup options. On larger items, especially electronics, you may benefit from adding local pickup options as well to alert people in your own city or state they can pick up their purchase for less than having to pay for shipping.

Create your own “brand”. When you sell a lot of items on eBay, you can set up a template for your listings that is custom for you. You can also set up eBay stores when you are listing large quantities of items. This makes you more recognizable and easier for your customers to recognize in their search results.

These ways to make more money selling on eBay are great for putting more money into your pocket!

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
