This Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail recipe is simple to make with your favorite apple cider and just two additional ingredients. A bright, crisp apple finishes it off for the perfect garnish. How easy is that? If you’re looking for a cocktail that is easy to mix up for a crowd or doesn’t require a long list of expensive ingredients, this is it!
Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- splash of ginger ale
- apple slices for garnish
Directions:
1. Add ice to two of your favorite cocktail glasses and set aside.
2. Add a 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the apple cider and bourbon and shake for 30 seconds.
3. Pour the apple bourbon mixture into the glasses.
4. Add a splash of ginger ale.
5. Garnish with an apple slice or wedge to each drink.
6. Serve!
I had an opportunity to taste test a variety of apple ciders courtesy of Gowan Orchards at the International Food Bloggers Conference. I was inspired by the delicious flavors, so when my friend Melissa told me about an Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail her mother made, I knew we needed to share it with you!
