Deck the halls with whatever you like and enjoy a festive Christmas cocktail. We came up with a doozy, and it screams holiday cheer like nobodies business.  And we’ve even thrown in a surprise ingredient. Can you guess what it is? I’ll give you a hint. There’s a funny little square guy under the sea, and he just so happens to live inside one. Have you figured it out yet? I think you did! Read on for the complete Cranberry, Pineapple, and Peppermint Cocktail recipe.

Raise a glass of Christmas cheer! This simple Cranberry, Pineapple, and Peppermint Cocktail recipe is garnished with crushed candy cane and pineapple.

Ring in the holidays with a cup good cheer! With this deliciously festive Cranberry, Pineapple, and Peppermint Cocktail you will get a double-dose of traditional flavors fit for the season (cranberry and peppermint). Plus, for no extra charge, you’ll also get a bit of tropical surprise with the addition of pineapple and pineapple coconut juice. But wait! Doesn’t it look all kinds of beautiful? Yes, we think so too. But wait until you taste it. Talk about swoon!

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
