This apple pie overnight oatmeal is not just a recipe, but the accomplishment of a life goal for me: find a way to eat pie for breakfast every day without consequences! This apple pie refrigerator oatmeal tastes so much like apple pie, you would never guess that it is actually healthy! It gets its sweet taste from a little bit of sweetened vanilla almond milk and the natural sweetness of the applesauce, and that’s it. There is no other sugar added. It is also dairy-free and can be made gluten free by using gluten-free oats.
