Ham and Swiss Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
- 18 slices of thinly sliced ham
- 4-5 square slices of swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon mustard + extra for spreading on the bottom of rolls
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 count package of sweet rolls
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the poppy seeds, 1/2 cup of melted butter, 2 tablespoons of mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.
- Spread mustard on the bottom rolls and arrange in a 9×9 baking dish.
- Top the rolls with two slices of ham.
- Then place the cheese on top of the ham.
- Spread a small amount of mustard on the tops buns and arrange the tops on the sandwiches.
- Brush the mustard/Worcestershire mixture on the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
