Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 mangoes, peeled, deseeded, and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- zest of one lime
Directions:
- Add the mango pieces, red bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, and lime zest to a medium bowl.
- Stir together to combine.
Serve the mango salsa with chips, on tacos, or in place of dressing on taco salad.
