Roasted Balsamic Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 3 T. balsamic vinegar
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- Optional: Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Stir broccoli, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
3. Spread broccoli onto a large baking sheet.
4. Roast for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to singe and blacken, stirring once on pan halfway through.
5. When broccoli is done transfer to a bowl, drizzle with additional balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with a bit of Parmesan cheese if desired.
