Admission to Baby Animal Days at Andelin Farm also includes a hay ride, a cow train ride, the fun track, face painting, craft time, barn yard activities and all the fun baby animals.

Safety tips when visiting the baby animals:

  1.  Bring sunscreen and extra layers of clothing.
  2. Wear close-toed shoes.
  3. Wash hands as often as possible; after petting animals, after being in animal areas, and before eating or drinking.
  4. Keep food and drinks out of the animal enclosures and don’t share with the animals.
  5. Supervise children specially while in animal enclosures.

Now you’re ready! Bring the family to Andelin Family Farm on April 22 & 23 and April 29 & 30.  The Andelin Family Farm is located at 8100 Pyramid Way in Spanish Springs.

Welcome. I'm Alea!

On Premeditated Leftovers I share simple recipes made with whole foods, practical shopping tips, time saving techniques, and meal planning strategies. I also share tips for minimizing food waste, so more of the food that is purchased ends up on the table.

While volunteering as a budget counselor, I realized that food is the element of most people’s budgets where they have the greatest control. I set out to develop low-cost recipes from scratch to prove it’s possible to create delicious meals on a limited budget. Eating well while spending less is about more than just creating recipes using inexpensive ingredients; it’s about creatively combining ingredients so you don’t feel deprived and are inspired to stick to your budget.
